Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Casiva collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Overview
Casiva LLC ("Casiva," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website as an informational resource about our labor-first home care operating platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through this site. It does not govern the employment, payroll, benefits, or staffing services we may provide under separate written agreements, which are covered by their own privacy terms.
This site is intended for a business audience — home care operators, franchisees, service providers, and prospective partners or investors. It is not directed to consumers seeking home care services or to children.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, company or organization, the category you select ("I am a…"), and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Advertising identifiers. If you reach this site through a Google Ads campaign, a Google Click Identifier ("gclid") may be stored as a cookie and passed along with your inquiry so we can understand which campaigns generate interest.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your interest in Casiva;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve this website;
- To understand how our marketing performs, including which campaigns lead to inquiries;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- For other purposes you authorize at the time of collection.
We do not sell the personal information you submit through this site.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure traffic, and attribute marketing campaigns (including the Google Ads identifier described above). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate this site and process inquiries on our behalf — for example, our website and email delivery providers and analytics and advertising platforms. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Casiva, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. Casiva's strategy includes acquisitions and partnerships. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information collected through this site may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential business relationship, and meet our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, or to opt out of further communication. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. We will honor verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, please use our contact page.
9. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
10. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. International Visitors
Casiva is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access this site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or communicated through other reasonable means.
